What is MohsBinder?

MohsBinder is digital QC and QA documentation software for Mohs micrographic surgery labs. It replaces the paper QC binder with enforced daily QC, automatic Corrective Action Reports, a tamper-evident SHA-256 audit trail, and read-only inspector access, designed to support the record-keeping requirements of CLIA (42 CFR Part 493), HIPAA, and 21 CFR Part 11. It runs in a web browser with nothing to install and is built for small, high-complexity Mohs labs.
