This Privacy Policy describes how MohsBinder ("we", "us") handles information collected through the MohsBinder website at mohsbinder.com (the "Site"). It applies to the Site only. The MohsBinder application used by labs during early access is governed by a separate agreement with each lab, not this policy.
Information we collect
- Information you provide. If you submit the early access request form, we collect your first and last name, work email address, and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number and practice or lab name.
- Technical information. When you submit the form, we record the page you submitted it from and a timestamp. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and operations.
The Site does not use analytics trackers or advertising cookies. The Site does not collect patient information of any kind.
How we use your information
- To respond to your early access request and communicate with you about MohsBinder.
- To operate, secure, and maintain the Site.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that operate the Site on our behalf: our web hosting provider and our cloud infrastructure provider, which receives and stores form submissions. These providers process the information only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law.
How long we keep it
We retain early access request information for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider on a rolling basis.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted at any time by emailing us at the address below. We honor these requests regardless of whether a specific law requires it.
Security
The Site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. We limit access to submitted information to the people who need it to respond to you.
Children
The Site is intended for professional audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update this page and its effective date. We encourage you to review it periodically.
